Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@majestic-art.shop. If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

If the product is not damaged and the correct item was delivered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
